      <title>Affiliate Research Study 2009 Executive Summary</title>

      <link>http://affiliatebenchmarks.com/products-page/products/affiliate-research-study-2009-executive-summary/</link>

<description>The executive summary breaks down and summarizes the eight sections of the report. Each section overview includes key findings and what their implication would be to affiliates or publishers. Some specific data is provided with the conclusions, but as a whole, the summary includes only AffiliateBenchmarks&rsquo; expert interpretations of the data.

The AffiliateBenchmarks 2009 Report was compiled using survey data from 3500 affiliates, and was designed to provide deep insight into the affiliate industry. With the support of Commission Junction, Google Affiliate Network, Performance Marketing Alliance, MediaTrust, LinkShare, pepperjam, ShareASale, and Zanox, we were able to successfully collect the largest number of survey responses in the affiliate industry ever. We went into more detail with questions that were successful in the first survey. Therefore, some of the 48 questions in the survey collected multiple data points to dive deeper into points of interest for publishers, advertisers, and networks.

      <link>http://affiliatebenchmarks.com/products-page/products/affiliate-research-study-2009/</link>

<description>In July 2009, we finished collecting survey data from 3500 affiliates for our second AffiliateBenchmarks report, which was designed to provide deep insight into the affiliate industry.

In this report you can find the best benchmark for affiliate data from any industry survey to date. The rich data was collected and analyzed by a team of industry veterans who have worked on multiple sides of the affiliate marketing landscape. The result is an analysis with insight and professional interpretations relevant to new and experienced affiliate organizations, both small and large. With the rapid growth in the industry in the past few years, other affiliate marketing reports may simply be obsolete. If you would like to run your business as efficiently as possible, you will need to see the contents of the AffiliateBenchmarks&rsquo; 2009 Report.

      <title>Affiliate Research Study 2008</title>

      <link>http://affiliatebenchmarks.com/products-page/products/affiliate-research-study-2008/</link>

<description>In June 2008, we created and distributed a 23-question affiliate survey. We designed the survey to collect information about affiliates&rsquo; wants and needs in the affiliate marketing space. Some of the data collected includes information about affiliates&rsquo; success with different types of ad performance, affiliate sites&rsquo; visitor demographics, reasons for joining an affiliate program, experiences with emerging technology, and more. In the end, we received over 450 responses from a diverse mix of affiliates to compile the first AffiliateBenchmarks Report.</description>
